CHAMPLEVÉ AND ORMOLU MANTLE CLOCK
DESCRIPTION:
Champlevé and gilded bronze. The Neo-Grec tabernacle form having corner masques and supported by a crater-form urn with handles. The case, clock face and vase decorated with champlevé enamel in shades of aqua, russet, green and black. Clockworks with rack and snail assembly chimes the hour and again on the half.
CONDITION:
Wear to gilding. In working order.
